Dirt 3 proved unchallenging for the Titan as it delivered a solid 93.4fps at 2560x1600, 35% faster than the GTX 680 and 26% faster than the 7970 GHz Edition, though it continued to trail behind the dual-GPU configurations by an average of 21% in the case of the HD 7950 Boost cards, 8% for the GTX 660 Ti in SLI and 3% for the HD 7870s.
The Titan took only 12.6ms on average to deliver frames at 2560x1600, which works out to 5% slower than the GTX 660 Ti SLI cards, but Nvidia’s newcomer is now 9% quicker than the HD 7950 Boost in Crossfire and 36% faster than the HD 7870s.
With an average of 33fps in Sleeping Dogs, the Titan managed to overtake the GTX 660 Ti SLI setup by 14% while topping the HD 7970 GHz Edition and GTX 680 by 13% and 51%. However, both Crossfire setups were still quicker – the HD 7870s by 9% and the HD 7950s by 34%.
As we’ve come to expect, the Crossfire configurations lose some of their luster when measuring frame timings, as the Titan’s latency results were 3% better than the HD 7950s’. Also of note is the 48% gap between the Titan and the dual GTX 660 Tis, which hit the bottom of our graph in this title.
