Graphics results aren’t surprising. Again we’re looking at a 30 percent improvement over Core M, but we’re still firmly within the zone of integrated graphics performance. At 1080p, this laptop is suited to playing basic games, but if you want to play anything more serious (like Tomb Raider), expect to play at low quality levels. Newer and more graphically intensive titles will be essentially unplayable.
In the 256 GB model I received to review was a Samsung NVMe PCIe MZVLV256 solid state drive. This is an extremely fast SSD that boasted fantastic performance in my testing, both in sequential and random performance. Users shouldn’t find any issues here, even with the entry level model.
