The overclocking performance of the GTX 1060 won’t be blowing any socks off but 12% more performance in Far Cry Primal allowed the GTX 1060 to match the R9 390X.
We saw a 14% performance boost in Rise of the Tomb Raider as the GTX 1060 went from 58fps to 66fps, which was enough to jump well ahead of the Radeon R9 Nano.
Testing with The Division we saw a 9% performance gain from our GTX 1060 overclock – not particularly impressive but that’s almost twice the gain seen from the RX 480 overclock.
