Max Payne 3 is the first game we tested where the GTX Titan managed to fend off Palit’s GTX 780 Super JetStream at 2560x1600, which was 3% slower than the Titan but still 15% quicker than the standard 780.

When looking at the frame time data, the GTX 780 Super JetStream was still slower than the GTX Titan.

Again, we see that the 780 Super JetStream SLI cards are much faster than the standard GTX 780s when testing with Max Payne 3, recording a 15% performance margin favoring Palit’s cards this time.

The performance margin was quite thin when measuring frame time performance.

The GTX 780 Super JetStream was just able to take out the GTX Titan when testing with Tomb Raider at 2560x1600, holding a 1% lead along with a 12% jump on the standard 780.

The frame time results again saw the GTX 780 Super JetStream beat the GTX Titan by a hair.

The GTX 780 Super JetStream SLI cards delivered solid performance in Tomb Raider with an average of 41.5fps, 12% faster than the standard GTX 780s. It’s interesting to note how poorly a single GTX Titan as well as the Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition Crossfire cards did here.

The frame time performance of Palit’s cards was acceptable, taking just 44ms between frames at 7680x1600. The GTX Titan didn’t do quite as well taking 101.3ms, while the HD 7970 GHz Edition Crossfire cards took 281.3ms.
